Scope of the Role

As a Bank Officer for CASA at a Leading Small Finance Bank, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing customer accounts. helping customers open new accounts, process transactions, and answer any questions they may have.

1.Provide advice and guidance to customers on CASA services 2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently 3.
