**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer SAP HANA systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP HANA databases, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency.
- Implement and maintain security measures for SAP HANA systems, including user access controls and data encryption.
- Develop and execute robust backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SAP HANA Basis, collaborating with other IT teams to implement effective solutions.
- Work with architects and project teams to design and implement SAP HANA system landscapes that align with business needs and scalability requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP HANA installations, configurations, and ongoing management procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Basis.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP HANA installation, upgrades, and patching.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in SAP HANA environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in SAP HANA systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP HANA certification is a plus.
