**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure incoming raw materials and components meet quality standards before being accepted for production.
- To monitor outsourced job work components upon receipt to verify compliance with specified requirements.
- To conduct Product, Process, and System audits. And strive for continual improvement.
- To ensure chain assembly inspections to verify proper fitting, alignment, and durability
- To monitor job work in-process inspections for outsourced components during manufacturing.
- To conduct pre-dispatch inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- To ensure that finished goods meet the required functional and durability parameters before shipment.
- To prepare and maintain ISO documentation related to quality assurance processes. And conduct internal audits and MRM.
- To update and maintain inspection entries in the ERP system for tracking and traceability.
- To record non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions based on quality discrepancies
- To assist in identifying recurring quality issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- To support root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures.
- To coordinate with HODs, job workers, and outsourcing vendors to address quality concerns.
- To work closely with the production team to align quality standards with manufacturing processes.
- To maintain data security and confidentiality, and live by the HR Policy.
- To provide reports to the GM on a timely basis.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles
- Experience with using Calypso software for measurement analysis is a plus
- Ability to operate and interpret results from precision measuring instruments
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
