Placement Intern

**Full job description**

**Job Summary**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student placement data, including offers, companies, and roles secured.
- Assist in coordinating various activities of the Placement Cell, including campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and career guidance sessions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on placement activities, student participation, and achievements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with faculty members and department representatives to ensure the smooth execution of placement-related events and initiatives.
- Address student queries and provide necessary support throughout the placement process.
- Collect and document feedback from industry professionals, company representatives, and recruiters to help improve the placement process.
- Support the organization and promotion of skill-building workshops, seminars, and soft skills training sessions.
- Participate in networking activities with potential recruiters to expand placement opportunities for students.
- Help ensure the confidentiality and integrity of placement data and student information.

**Required Skill Sets**:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

2. 24/7 availability for important projects

3. Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an added advantage

4. Adopt in using MS suites with proficiency in MS Excel

5. Ability to handle requirements of Engineering, Commerce, Management, Sciences, Humanities and Legal studies

6. Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
