**ob Title**: PRT (All Subjects)

**Location**: Samastipur, Bihar

**Education Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)

**Experience**: 2 - 3 years

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans and deliver interactive, student-centered learning.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Encourage students’ participation through creative activities and teaching aids.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support overall student development.
- Maintain academic records and prepare student progress reports.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- B.Ed qualification is mandatory.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
