**Job Description: Figma Specialist**
**Location: Yamuna Nagar & Gurugram, Haryana**
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys.
- Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Figma Specialist (minimum 2 years).
- Strong expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and prototyping features.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your Figma expertise and design projects.
