Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the target audience. You will use a combination of artistic and technical skills to produce various design materials that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
**Design Creation**:Develop visual concepts and designs for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements using industry-standard design software.

**Brand Identity and Consistency**:Ensure designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that reflect the company's values and messaging.

Optimize visuals for various digital platforms, considering responsiveness and user experience.

**Print Design**:Develop materials for print, including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and promotional materials.
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with printers to ensure accurate production.

**Illustration and Iconography**:Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling.
Use illustration software and tools to produce unique and engaging visuals.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand design requirements and deliver compelling visuals.

**Creative Ideation**:Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual concepts and designs.
Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality of design work.

**Client Communication**:Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate changes into designs.

**Time Management and Deadlines**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a well-organized file structure and documentation for design assets.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
