**Job Descritpion of Performance Tester**:
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner Suite (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
- Develop complex test logic and scripts using Java.
- Formulate and execute optimized SQL queries for backend validation and performance tuning.
- Monitor performance using tools such as AppDynamics or similar APM tools.
- Create accurate workload models and realistic test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide performance tuning recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in performance testing and engineering.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing / engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner Suite (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
- Proficient in Java programming for scripting and logic development.
- Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing database queries.
- Experience with AppDynamics or similar test monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of workload modeling and test planning.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
