**Responsibilities**:

- Community mobilization for Nursing Assistant Training on monthly basis
- Identify mobilization channels for running Nursing Aide skill training at Tingre Nagar, Pune
- Visit various community around Tingre Nagar, Vishrantwadi, Dhanori, Yerawada, Dighi, etc.
- Day to day coordination with Program Manger Manager and Centre Team
- Submit daily and weekly work report

**Expectation and Qualification**:

- Graduate (preferred MSW or MA Non Formal Education, Para professional social worker)
- Experience of mobilization for skill training centre (Preferred for Healthcare domain)
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in Marathi, Hindi & English. Ability to communicate in local language is a must.
- Be an organized, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual.
