**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- **Plan and execute an innovative content strategy that drives high engagement.**
- **Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.**
- **Stay updated with industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.**
- **Collaborate with brand, Social Media, Product, and sales managers to create promotional concepts**
- **Manage the distribution of content across all channels.**
- **Manage and lead the team of content writers and creative creators.**
- **Good knowledge of creating creatives.**
- **Good hold on Creative & video editors**
- **Analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.**

**Qualifications: -**
- **Bachelor Degree**
- **A degree in Psychology is preferred**
- **Understanding of content marketing tactics**
- **Demonstrate the ability to lead content marketing campaigns.**
- **Strong Canva & Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills.**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
- **1-2 years of experience in Content designing**
