- **Comfortable with Salesforce terminologies, objects, modules, and data models.**:

- **Able to read through salesforce debug logs and any external api log files in troubleshooting defects.**:

- **Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.**:

- **Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and functionalities.**:

- **Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.**:
