We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Admin to join our team in the computer software industry. As a CRM Admin, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing customer data to optimize our customer relationship management system. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our company and ensure that our customer relationships are well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**
Manage and maintain the CRM system, including user setup, data entry, and data maintenance
Customize and configure the CRM system to support the needs of various departments and teams
Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system
Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer relationships
Train and support employees on CRM system usage and best practices
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to identify opportunities for improvement

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience as a CRM Admin or similar role in the computer software industry
Proficiency in CRM software, such as consultancy CRM, Restaurant and Hospitality CRM's
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and practices

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
