**Position**:AUSTRALIAN TAXATION** - Accounting Operations Associate

**Location**: Gandhinagar (Gift City), Ahmedabad (Ashram Road)

**Shift**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Working Days**: 5 (Monday to Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate, support, and maintain the accounting operations and year-end activities for designated clients.
- Maintain and update workflow for assigned clients and report to the Senior.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their daily functions, processing tasks as per instructions and client-specific procedures.
- Perform day-to-day job duties including bank and credit card reconciliation, reviewing balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, reviewing general ledger details, and identifying and rectifying discrepancies in accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare accounting tax returns, such as corporate income tax, and handle indirect tax matters including FBT, payroll, and GST.
- Ensure accurate processing of year-end procedures for assigned tasks.
- Effectively communicate any escalations to the supervisor.
- Understand processes and document them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in accounting operations and year-end activities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is preferred.
