Ui/ux Designer Intern

**User Research**: Help conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights for design improvements.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visually represent design ideas and concepts.
- **Design Refinement**: Support in refining designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- **Design System Contribution**: Help in maintaining and contributing to the company's design system, ensuring consistency across various products.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately implemented and align with product goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front-End Development**:

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to implement UI designs.
- **Responsive Design Implementation**:

- Assist in testing for browser compatibility and resolving cross-browser issues.
- **Interaction Design and Animation**:

- Work on adding interactive elements and animations to improve user engagement and overall experience.
- Use front-end frameworks or libraries, such as React or Vue, to bring designs to life.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
- Participate in design and development sprints, offering insights on UI/UX feasibility from a coding perspective.
- **User-Centric Improvements**:

- Conduct usability tests and user feedback sessions to understand user needs and enhance the interface accordingly.
- Work with designers to iterate on UI/UX solutions based on user feedback and analytics.
- **Code Maintenance and Documentation**:

- Maintain code quality and organization by documenting development processes and best practices.
- Support in updating existing web pages and components to meet design specifications.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest front-end development tools, frameworks, and UI/UX trends.
- Participate in design critiques, feedback sessions, and code reviews to grow technical skills.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- **Design Understanding**:

- A basic understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Ability to interpret wireframes, mockups, and user flows into functional code.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to troubleshoot front-end issues and improve user experience based on insights.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong attention to detail to maintain design consistency across different screen sizes and devices.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with design and development teams.
