The F&B Service Captain acts as a bridge between the guests and the kitchen staff, ensuring that orders are accurately taken and promptly served.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and providing menu information as needed.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and transmitting them to the kitchen staff.
- Overseeing the waitstaff's tasks, including setting up tables, arranging table settings, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-organized.
- Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Recommending food and beverage selections to guests, considering their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Addressing any guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding to feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Handling bill payments, processing transactions accurately, and providing change or receipts as needed.
- Training new waitstaff members and providing ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Assisting in managing reservations, coordinating with the host/hostess, and optimizing table turnover.
- Collaborating with the restaurant manager to maintain inventory of supplies, track sales, and contribute to the development of service strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
