Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility is to initiate and maintain effective communication with potential customers over the phone. Your role involves contacting individuals or businesses to promote products, services, or campaigns, with the goal of generating leads and sales. You will be responsible for engaging customers in meaningful conversations, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about the offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists.

Introduce and promote products, services, or campaigns to potential clients.

Conduct effective sales pitches to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Handle inbound calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers.

Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of interactions.

Document customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the database.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and customer insights.

Adhere to sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
