**Job Description for Purchase Executive in HVAC**

**Department**: Procurement

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement Management**:

- Source HVAC materials, equipment, and components (ducts, compressors, refrigerants, etc.) in line with project requirements.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms for price, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with purchase order specifications, including brand and technical requirements.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and onboard reliable HVAC suppliers/vendors.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth project execution without delays.
- Coordinate with the store and project teams for material requirements and consumption updates.
- **Cost Control and Analysis**:

- Monitor budgetary compliance and optimize procurement costs.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material supply.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, new HVAC technologies, and alternate suppliers.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC components and technical specifications.
- Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
