**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Financial Record Maintenance**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. **Invoice Processing**: Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.

3. **Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile monthly bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly, maintaining the accuracy of financial data.

4. **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and track company expenses, verifying receipts and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

5. **Financial Reporting**: Generate and prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

6. **Budget Assistance**:Support the budgeting process by collaborating with senior accountants to gather relevant financial information and assist in the creation of budgetary reports.

7. **Data Analysis**: Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, providing valuable insights to aid decision-making.

8. **Compliance and Auditing**: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, assisting in the preparation for audits and addressing any audit findings.

9. **Payroll Support**: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate processing of employee payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.

10. **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with accounts specialization, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in finance preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounts and finance
- Proven track record of working in finance record maintenance, Expenses tracking, Vendor Management, Payroll processing, GST Filing.
- Strong knowledge of the financials and fluent in accounting terms and work experience in start-up is preferred.
- Active professional with go and getter attitude and curious and willing to learn new things.
