We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Accounting Teacher to join us. As an Accounting Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and professional development of students by imparting a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. Your expertise in accounting, coupled with your effective teaching methods, will inspire students to excel in their studies and pursue future careers in finance, business, or related fields.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching students about financial reporting standards such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional content that meets students’ needs and aligns with state curriculum standards
- Manage the classroom effectively to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Preparing reports summarizing students’ progress and evaluating their performance.
- Create and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students in active learning and promote their understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Design and modify curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, to meet the needs of diverse learners and ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to students, answering their questions, clarifying doubts, and encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress and performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
- Monitor and record student participation, and grades, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress..
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new regulations, and advancements in finance and accounting practices, incorporating relevant information into teaching materials.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering student engagement, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or higher is preferred.
- CPA certification(certified public accountant) preferred
- 5+ years experience working in the accounting field
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- PhD in accounting, business, or related field
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statement analysis, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.
- Prior teaching experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a high school, college, or university setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to students with varying levels of understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage lesson planning, and record-keeping.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in finance and accounting education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and growth.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
