Job Description:


Shall receive the file from the wards, check the discharge seal and see that all the billing sheets are available from the admission date.  Shall separate all billing sheets from the file and compare the entries in the billing sheet with nurses record.  Shall confirm the Doctors charges if required. Shall prepare the bills accurately and on time.hall forward the final Bill to the cashier’s desk for collection. Shall be able to communicate and convince the patient / patient party. Shall see that the files are sent to MRD after discharge. Shall perform any other specific task allotted by the management from time to time.
