**Telecaller Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.

Explain and promote products or services to potential customers.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain a rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships.

Record and maintain accurate information about calls and customer interactions in the database.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Keep abreast of product or service information and updates.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is often preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

**Requirements**:
Adherence to call scripts and guidelines.

Ability to work well within a team.

Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning.

Compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Persistence and resilience in dealing with rejection or challenging calls.

Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
