Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with them. As a Sales Executive for Digital Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, understand their unique requirements, and propose customized digital marketing solutions to meet their business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.

2. Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' industries, target audience, and competition to identify their digital marketing needs.

3. Engage in consultative selling by understanding clients' pain points, educating them on the benefits of digital marketing, and presenting our services as effective solutions.

4. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our digital marketing services.

5. Collaborate with the internal team, including digital marketing strategists, content creators, and project managers, to develop tailored strategies and solutions for clients.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to continuously enhance knowledge and stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

8. Achieve and exceed sales targets, meet set KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.

Qualifications:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

4. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and close sales deals.

5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and digital marketing platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
