**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Teaching & Learning**
- Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methods in line with academic requirements and industry trends.
- Integrate modern tools, technology, and e-learning platforms into the teaching process.

**Research & Development**
- Conduct research in Computer Science or interdisciplinary areas, aiming for publication in reputed journals and conferences.
- Seek external funding and work on collaborative research projects.

**Student Mentorship**
- Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Provide academic and career guidance to students.

**Institutional & Community Contribution**
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum design, and quality assurance processes.
- Organize seminars, workshops, hackathons, and outreach programs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications (M.Sc., M.Tech., MCA, or equivalent) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in the relevant field (preferred) as per UGC norms.
- **Eligibility Criteria**:

- NET/SLET/SET qualification as per UGC regulations (exemption for Ph.D. holders as per UGC guidelines).
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching and/or research experience at the university or college level will be an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages, software development tools, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to guide students in research and practical projects.
