- **Assessment & Feedback**: Conduct regular tests and evaluations, analyzing student progress and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Organize doubt-clearing sessions to address student queries, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex concepts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow faculty members to align teaching strategies and share best practices for effective learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or higher in Mathematics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, particularly in coaching students for competitive exams like IIT-JEE.
- Strong command over the IIT-JEE Mathematics syllabus and exam patterns.

**Skills**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
