**Job Title: Production In-Charge - Power Cord Division**

**Department**: Production & Operations
**Reporting To**: Management
**Location**: Vapi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production & Operations**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day production activities in the Power Cord Division.
- Monitor production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Optimize manpower utilization and coordinate workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain production records and generate regular reports on output and performance.

**Machine Maintenance**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
- Monitor machine performance, identify potential issues, and plan maintenance activities accordingly.
- Coordinate with external service providers for major machine overhauls or repairs.
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

**Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide on-the-spot technical support to operators during production.
- Analyze mechanical faults and guide operators on resolution procedures.
- Train machine operators on safe handling and minor maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams to resolve process-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a production and maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment used in power cord or wire manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and basic ERP systems.

**Remuneration**:

- As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
