**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons to students in grades 6-10, ensuring adherence to the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- **Student Engagement**: Create a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning Hindi.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their learning goals.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom atmosphere, addressing any behavioral issues promptly and professionally.
- **Parent Communication**: Engage with parents or guardians regarding student performance, progress, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching strategies, and language developments to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Hindi to students in grades 6-10.
- Excellent command of the Hindi language with strong communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and a commitment to student success.
