**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to promote and sell products.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and manage point-of-sale materials.
- Execute in-store promotions and merchandising as per company guidelines.
- Provide daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase sales volume.
- Monitor competitors' activities and report market trends.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school or diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
- Familiarity with the local market and routes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fieldwork with frequent travel to outlets and retail shops, with a Wan & driver.
- Flexible working hours based on sales targets and market demand.
- Occasional weekend or holiday work for promotions and campaign activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
