The **Parking Administrative Assistant** plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of parking facilities and services. This position involves providing administrative support to the team, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, and ensuring efficient coordination of parking-related activities. The Parking Administrative Assistant contributes to maintaining a positive customer experience and upholding parking regulations and policies.
**Indus Parking Services (IPS)** is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services.
As a **Parking Admin Assistant**, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Post, scanning, and upload appeals.
- Responding to appeals, complaints, and IAS appeals.
- Processing of transfer of liability.
- Data inputting and processing ANPR, MNPR.
- Processing cheque payments and chargebacks.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Answering phone calls made to the company and directing them accordingly Monitoring the company’s mailbox.
- Running daily DVLA checks.
- Any other admin duties required.
- Good knowledge of GDPR Processes.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good both in written and verbal communication
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
- Work both within a team and independently
**Education**:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate is preferred
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in admin department.
- Training will be provided to enable you to quickly and efficiently complete daily responsibilities, whilst maintaining a very high standard of professionalism at all times.
