3D Iron Technologies is looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to join an early-stage startup company on a part-time basis. Reporting to the CEO, you will help efforts to set up special purpose equipment, conventional (lathe and mill), and/or numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers for fabrication of metallic and nonmetallic parts as we scale the company.

Requirements:.
- Have extensive knowledge of operating lathe and milling machines, numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers.
- Reports and corrects equipment problems that may be observed.
- Demonstrates knowledge of properties and use of metals.
- Works from blueprints, sketches, instruction manuals and written or oral instructions.
- Conduct reverse engineering to recreate parts.
- Communicate results to teammates and clients through data visualization, reports, and presentations.
- Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to establish precision machinery, including identification of gaps and opportunities for improvement of existing solutions.
- Be able to provide input on recent mechanical parts contracts secured.

About The Company:
3D Iron Technologies is a new age manufacturing solution for the Indian aerospace, defense, mining and space sector.

Our goal is to provide a high-quality manufacturing alternative to mechanical parts that are currently imported from foreign countries and manufacturers. Your role would be to assist us with initial establishment of machinery and manufacturing facilities, and consulting on contracts and parts manufactured.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
