Are you a creative genius with a passion for storytelling? Join us as a **Creative Works Intern (Psychology Content)** to supercharge ARULA’s Instagram and YouTube platforms. You’ll have the unique opportunity to create and optimize content that educates, inspires, and connects with our global audience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Instagram Management**
- **Content Creation**: Conceptualize and produce reels, stories, and posts that align with ARULA’s mission.
- **Editing**: Use tools like InShot, Canva, or Adobe to deliver polished and engaging Instagram content.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay on top of Instagram trends and incorporate them into ARULA’s content strategy.
- **Engagement**: Respond to comments and DMs to foster a vibrant and supportive community.
- **Analytics**: Monitor insights to optimize content for growth and engagement.

**YouTube Growth Hacking**
- **Video Strategy**: Plan and execute YouTube content strategies to grow subscribers and views.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for maximum reach.
- **Editing**: Edit raw footage into high-quality, shareable videos that resonate with our audience.
- **Analytics**: Use YouTube Studio to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies.
- **Community Building**: Respond to comments and build a loyal subscriber base.

**Psychology Content Creation**
- **Research**: Dive deep into psychology, autism, and therapy-related topics to craft informative content.
- **Storytelling**: Create impactful narratives that connect with parents, therapists, and educators.
- **Educational Approach**: Simplify complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Creative Vision**: Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability for both Instagram and YouTube.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- **Growth Mindset**: Eagerness to experiment and innovate to drive growth across platforms.
- **Interest in Psychology**: Passionate about creating meaningful content in the autism and psychology space.
- **Device Requirement**: Must own a high-quality smartphone (preferably an iPhone) for content creation.
- **Work Ethic**: Able to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
