**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into engaging **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts**.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, stickers, and music as per the platform’s trends.
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, vlogs) into bite-sized clips.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to maintain brand consistency.
- Optimize videos for each platform’s specifications (aspect ratios, resolution, length).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and editing styles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience editing **short-form social media videos** (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of trending audio and hashtags on Instagram/YouTube.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Basic color grading and audio editing.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
