**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver curriculum for UI/UX design courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

2. Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions to teach students various aspects of UI/UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

3. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering feedback on their design projects and helping them develop their skills and portfolios.

4. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and web development, and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum.

5. Collaborate with other faculty members and academic leadership to continuously improve the quality of the UI/UX design program.

6. Assist in student recruitment efforts by participating in informational sessions, open houses, and other promotional activities.

7. Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions, to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay current in the field.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. 3 years of professional experience working as a UI/UX designer, web designer, and graphic designer.

3. Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.

4. Experience with front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and provide constructive feedback to students.

6. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

7. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
