**Global Business Services**

Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

**Process Overview**

Global Risk Analytics (GRA) is focused on building a world class quantitative function to develop the models and framework to effectively manage Risk and Capital across Bank of America. GRA also utilizes the quantitative models to project forecasts, stress losses, etc. This means there are numerous steps and details that need to be taken into when viewing the business processes. All of this would need to be accurately reflected in its entirely for identifying process improvement opportunities and for review with regulators and auditors.

Engage in work related to the maintenance, evaluation, and reporting of the Process Management Program. Specifically, assist with
- Process Management governance and reporting
- Oversight of the process inventory to help ensure compliance with Enterprise Process Management Policy requirements
- Troubleshooting questions from FLU process owners/delegates and Inventory admins
- Centralized approval/oversight of bulk changes

This position will support GRA for Single process inventory ARIS and POP.
- Supports ARIS Librarian for GRA
- Engage with GRA Line of Business (LOB) to analyze, document, and update business processes in accordance with Enterprise standards
- 10+ years of process modeling and analysis experience using industry approved methodologies
- Convert process maps from other formats (Visio, BPMN, etc) to ARIS
- Also responsible for training and developing GRA associates on ARIS tool strategy and hands-on usage of it

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of content captured within the Enterprise repository
- Experience working on large scale, complex initiatives in support of Operational Excellence
- Ability to manage a project or phases of a project in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and requires mínimal supervision
- Effectively deals with ambiguity and adapts to changing circumstances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with ability to analyze data, key data points, and effectively present information
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree
- ** Experience Range** - 6+ years of process modeling and analysis experience using industry approved methodologies
- ** Foundational skills**

Hands on experience with
- Process and Metric systems of record (Process Owner Portal and ORCIT Key Measures)
- ARIS process modeling tool
- Process Management Enterprise Policy and Implementation
- Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- ** Desired skills**
- Curiosity, creativity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds
- Interest in problems related to the financial services domain (previous experience in the domain is not required
- Proficient at leading virtual meetings
