The Social Media Executive is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role involves content creation, data analysis, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.

**Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation and Management**
- Develop creative and engaging content for the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy for posts.
- Create and manage multimedia content, such as videos, reels, and stories.

**2. Strategy and Planning**
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience research to tailor content to the target demographics.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

**3. Community Management**
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with followers and influencers to foster brand loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints via social media.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and social media growth.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and improve future campaigns.

**5. Trend Monitoring**
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to adopt new platforms or features to enhance brand presence.

**6. Compliance and Brand Voice**
- Ensure all social media activities align with the company’s brand identity and tone of voice.
- Adhere to platform guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.

**QualificationsEducation**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Portfolio of successful campaigns or content is a plus.

**Skills**
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Canva).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
