**Job Title**: Computer Operator

**Location**: Pathardi Phata, Nashik
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Documentation**: Enter and update customer data, Aadhaar details, or vehicle records accurately.
- **MS Office Management**: Create and manage reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Customer Support (Technical)**: Assist customers with data entry and document verification.
- **System Handling**: Operate software required for Aadhaar registration, dealership management, or government portals.
- **File & Record Management**: Maintain digital and physical records for office operations.
- **Coordination with Teams**: Work with sales, admin, and finance teams to process digital transactions.
- **Hardware & Software Troubleshooting**: Basic troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and internet issues.
- **Compliance & Security**: Ensure data security and adherence to government/compliance policies.
- **Report Generation**: Generate daily/monthly reports related to customer transactions and office operations.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate (BCA / B.Com / BA / Diploma in Computer Applications preferred).
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
**Typing Speed**: Good typing speed with high accuracy.
**Computer Knowledge**: Familiarity with basic troubleshooting, internet usage, and software operations.
**Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in data entry and documentation.
**Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication in **English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)**.
