**Job Purpose**:
To ensure safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets by maintaining vigilance, enforcing security protocols, and preventing unauthorized access or incidents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials at the gate.
- Conduct physical checks and maintain proper logbooks/registers for visitors, vehicles, and material movement.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, fire alarms, and other security equipment.
- Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, fire hazards, or any suspicious activity.
- Report and respond to emergencies, alarms, or incidents promptly.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company security policies and procedures.
- Maintain discipline, order, and decorum at the premises.
- Support during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or medical situations by following safety protocols.
- Check employees and workers at the time of exit to avoid theft or unauthorized material movement.
- Coordinate with police or external security agencies if required.
- Prepare daily security reports and submit to the Security Supervisor/Admin Head.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard in manufacturing/industrial setup preferred.
- Knowledge of basic security & safety practices.
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
- Good communication and observation skills.

**Work Conditions**:

- Shift duties including night shifts and weekends as per company schedule.
- Stationed at gate, control room, or patrolling as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
