**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency departments.
- Monitor and manage life-support equipment, ventilators, and other critical medical devices.
- Assess and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions.
- Administer emergency medications and initiate life-saving procedures when required.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams during code blue and trauma cases.
- Prepare patients for surgeries, diagnostic tests, or emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation of nursing care.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols rigorously.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families during critical situations.
- Participate in emergency drills and ongoing training sessions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in ICU or ER preferred.
- Strong understanding of ICU protocols, emergency procedures, and critical care.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergencies.
- Excellent communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
