Marketing Assistant

**About Us**

We are a leading real estate developer focused on delivering premium 3BHK residential projects in the Mohali region. Our goal is to create lasting value for our clients through modern designs, transparency, and quality construction. We’re now looking for a creative and driven **In-House Marketing Professional** to strengthen our digital and on-ground marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content creation: EDMs, video shooting **(professional level)**:

- WhatsApp and SMS shoot blasting
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential projects across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage company presence on **social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)** — creating engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors for marketing content.
- Run **paid ads** on Meta, Google, and other real estate portals (like 99acres, MagicBricks).
- Support **sales team** with brochures, on-site branding, and lead generation activities.
- Track and report marketing performance (leads, engagement, conversion).
- Assist with events, site visits, and other promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **digital or real estate marketing** preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **social media trends and ad platforms**.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
