Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and interact with customers, providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Provide detailed product knowledge about the materials, designs, and care of jewelry.
- **Sales**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Promote current and upcoming sales promotions, new arrivals, or special offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales value.
- **Product Presentation**:

- Ensure that the jewelry is properly displayed and well-maintained.
- Arrange displays to highlight key products and attract customer attention.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.
- Follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest in specific pieces but did not make a purchase.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Keep track of stock levels and notify the manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- **Knowledge of Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and designs.
- Recommend pieces based on current fashion and customer preferences.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally.
- Process returns or exchanges according to store policies.

Key Skills:

- **Excellent Communication**: Ability to explain product details and build rapport with customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to close sales, identify customer needs, and meet sales targets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure that jewelry is well-cared for and presented in its best light.

- **Product Knowledge**: Understanding different types of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and design trends.
- **Organization**: Ability to maintain inventory, track sales, and handle administrative tasks.

working time: 10.30am to 8pm ( Tuesday to Sunday working, Monday fixed off)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
