Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Content Accuracy & Quality Control**:

- **Thoroughly review written content** (website pages, articles, captions, descriptions) for **spelling, grammar, punctuation, and factual accuracy**.
- **Analyze videos, reels, and multimedia assets** to check for **inconsistencies, subtitle errors, incorrect transitions, and audio-video mismatches**.
- **Assess graphics and visual content** for **alignment, readability, and branding consistency**.
- **Verify website content** to ensure **proper formatting, functional links, and correct placement of images and text**.

**Contextual & Conceptual Validation**:

- Ensure content aligns with its **intended message, target audience, and brand identity**.
- **Check the appropriateness of videos, reels, and images**, ensuring they are **relevant, culturally sensitive, and free from misleading visuals or messaging**.
- Identify elements that may negatively impact **brand perception, engagement, or user experience**.

**Brand & Compliance Adherence**:

- Ensure all content follows the **company’s tone, style, and visual guidelines**.
- Detect **legal, ethical, or cultural concerns** in published materials.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and video editors to **suggest necessary corrections and improvements before the final release**.

**Working Under High-Pressure Conditions**:

- Be **prepared to work under tight deadlines and rapid turnaround times** without compromising quality.
- Effectively **manage multiple content reviews simultaneously**, prioritizing critical tasks.
- Stay focused and efficient even during **high-stakes campaigns or urgent content rollouts**.

**Reporting & Process Improvement**:

- Maintain **detailed records of identified mistakes and resolutions**.
- Provide **feedback to creative teams** to prevent recurring errors.
- Recommend **process improvements** to enhance overall content quality.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience** in content proofreading, quality control, media auditing, or a related field.
- **Exceptional attention to detail** with a strong command of **grammar, syntax, and language structure**.
- **Basic video editing knowledge** to identify **errors in subtitles, transitions, or visuals**.
- Familiarity with **design tools** (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) for reviewing graphic content.
- Understanding of **website structures, UI/UX elements, and SEO best practices**.
- Ability to **grasp the intent behind content** and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- **Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills** to detect and address subtle mistakes.
- **Ability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, and multiple content demands**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **content moderation, publishing, or digital marketing quality control**.
