**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team at TapGro. In this role, you will assist with keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, content optimization, and technical SEO audits. You will also monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, helping to drive organic growth. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn SEO best practices, and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research:* Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases for content optimization.

**On-page SEO**: Assist in optimizing web pages, blogs, and landing pages by updating meta tags, headings, and internal linking to improve organic visibility.

**Off-page SEO**: Contribute to link-building strategies by identifying potential link opportunities and outreach campaigns.

**Technical SEO**:Assist in auditing the website for technical SEO issues (e.g., page speed, mobile optimization, XML sitemaps, and broken links) and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

**Content Optimization**: Work with the content team to ensure blog posts, articles, and other forms of content are SEO-friendly.

**SEO Reporting**: Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Prepare regular reports on organic search performance and progress.

**Competitor Analysis**: Research competitors to find gaps in SEO strategies and opportunities for improvement.

**Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

**Familiarity with SEO Tools**:Basic understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

**Basic Knowledge of SEO**: Understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO concepts and Local SEO.

**Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.

**Good Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

**Self-Motivated**: A keen desire to learn and stay updated on SEO trends.

**Experience**:
