Job Description:

- Work together with the Business Owner/ Stake Holder to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
- Work closely with development, quality control teams to get estimation and plan of delivery
- Report to Business Owners on project scheduling, project updates, delays, resource allocation/availability, and any issue that may impact the risk and health of the business
- Schedule and conduct release meetings and weekly demos of work-in-progress
- Advocate on behalf of Business Owner to ensure that maximum productivity is achieved for the Company
- Ensure that proper and thorough technical product documentation is captured and made available to the team
- Coordinate release and sprint planning
- Conduct daily scrum meetings
- Utilize efficient process to ensure mínimal resource wastage
- Coordinate releases with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth product launches with proper information and resources available to customers
- Assess all members of the engineering team and make recommendations related to resource utilization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- **Must have at least 1 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle and delivering software products to market**
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
**- The high command of verbal and written English and hindi**
- **Passport available and ready to travel**

- Self-motivated, team player, action and results-oriented
- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
