**Graphic Designer**:
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our client's team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and visualizing various materials for digital ads, ensuring that they captivate our audience. You will have the opportunity to select appealing colours, fonts, images, and layouts that align with the company's brand.

**Designer Requirements**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that align with product goals and brand identity.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
- Translate creative briefs and project requirements into captivating visual solutions that effectively communicate messages.
- Maintain a deep understanding of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects and campaigns.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, or clients, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Meet deadlines without compromising on design integrity.

**Designer Responsibilities**

5-10 years experience in Graphic Design (both skills required).

**1. Designing**
- Responsible for developing design concepts
- Prepare design rough drafts and present ideas
- Skilled with illustrations, logos and other designs
- Strong understanding of the use of colours and layouts
- Enhance customer experience by communicating through designs
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Amend designs after feedback
- Testing graphics across various media.

**2. Trends and learning**
- Collecting design data from the market using structured instruments.
- Understand the new design trends in the market.
- Continuous effort towards understanding new concepts and design learning

**3. Accountability**
- Creating and maintaining proper documentation for systems and procedural requirements to build institutional memory.
- Archiving and storage of completed projects for easy retrieval.
- Reporting to the Marketing manager on a daily basis according to the Timeline.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

**4. Advantage**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in visual communication, mass communication, graphic design, fine arts etc. Any basic study towards creative and free-form art.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Graphic design: 4 years (preferred)
- Logo design: 4 years (required)
- Motion graphics: 4 years (required)
