PGT - English Teacher

**Location**: Vardhman International School
**Reporting To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal
**Notice Period**: Up to 30 days
**Gender**: Open (female preferred, if applicable)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **English Literature and Language** to Classes 11th and 12th, adhering to CBSE curriculum
- Develop lesson plans and classroom activities that promote language skills and critical thinking
- Prepare students for board exams through mock tests, discussion of past papers, and regular assessments
- Encourage creative expression through writing, speaking, and reading activities
- Maintain academic records, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback
- Organize debates, literary events, and English club activities
- Use modern teaching aids, smart boards, and multimedia content for better student engagement
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding academic performance

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree in **English**:

- **B.Ed.** is **mandatory**:

- 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience in senior secondary classes
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and online platforms
