Assisting quality manager in QA department processes
- To ensure job set-ups and In-process Inspection is carried out in all shift and to ensure quality at all shifts
- Compliance to manufacturing control plan/control plan parameters during inspection
- Control of limit samples for in-process inspection
- Implementation SPC as per control plan
- Manufacturing Process audit
- Product audit
- Layout inspection
- Control of NC Products
- Analysis of Data
- Continual Improvement
- Corrective actions for supplier NCs
- Corrective action/preventive action for in-house NCs
- Monitoring and achieving objectives
- Preventing the risks that affect performance of the organization, product quality/product safety/customer satisfaction,
- Identifying and Implementing opportunities.

To maintain applicable records

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Periyanayakkanpalaiyam, Coimbatore - 641020, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
