1. **Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education (D.E.C.Ed.)**:

- **Higher Secondary Education (12th Grade) with a Specialization in Early Childhood Care**:

- **First Aid and Child Safety Training**:

- **Montessori or Waldorf Certification (Optional)**:

- **Previous Teaching Experience**: Should Have Minimum 2 years experience in teaching young children (age 3-6) in a recognized preschool program.
- **Internships/Volunteering**

- **Child Development Knowledge**: A strong understanding of child development, including cognitive, emotional, and physical milestones, is crucial for pre-primary teachers.
- **Creativity and Adaptability**: Pre-primary teachers are expected to be creative in their approach to learning and adaptable to the varying needs and learning styles of young children.
