**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:
**We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team**

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for our social media channels and advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- **Responsibilities**:_

Þ **Design Creatives**
- Assist in the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand representation across all channels.

Þ **Conceptualization and Ideation**
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
- Work closely with senior designers to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of design concepts.

Þ **Software Proficiency**
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance skills and capabilities.

Þ **Production & Execution**
- Prepare files for print and digital production.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Þ **Communication**
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.

Þ **Feedback & Iteration**
- Accept constructive feedback and be open to making revisions based on feedback.
- Iterate on designs to achieve the desired visual impact.
- **What we are looking for**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; relevant internships or portfolio projects are a plus.
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media graphics
- Strong design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of print and digital production processes.
- A passion for design and a creative mindset.
- Ability to think inside the box and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
