**Job description HMV Driver**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive university vehicles, including buses and heavy motor vehicles, for the safe transport of students, staff, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to all road safety regulations and traffic rules.
- Conduct regular checks on vehicles for fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes.
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly and coordinate with the maintenance department for repairs.
- Plan and follow assigned routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Adapt to changes in schedule or route as directed by the university administration.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, and other documentation are up to date.
- ssist in loading and unloading goods or materials as needed.
- Provide assistance during university events or activities requiring transport services.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid HMV driving license issued by [Country's Licensing Authority].
- Minimum [10 years] of experience as an HMV driver, preferably in an institutional setting.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repair work.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, GPS devices, and traffic signs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
