Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator/Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing Mehk Chemicals’ supply chain processes. This includes coordinating logistics activities such as planning shipments, tracking inventory, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role focuses on optimizing transportation and warehousing to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
**Shipment Coordination and Tracking**:

- Plan and schedule shipments according to order priorities and customer demands.
- Track shipments and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logístical issues that may arise during transit.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock efficiently.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

**Vendor and Carrier Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and other third-party service providers.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain records and provide necessary data for audits.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze logistics expenses, aiming for continual improvement in cost efficiency.
- Prepare monthly logistics cost reports and analyze trends for decision-making.

**Customer Service**:

- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate delivery timelines.
- Communicate any delays or issues proactively to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related role, preferably in the chemical industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
