Ccna Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver instructor-led training (online and/or in-person) for Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) courses.
- Design, develop, and update CCNA training materials, labs, and assessments aligned with the current Cisco exam blueprint.
- Provide hands-on lab guidance using real or simulated network environments (e.g., Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or physical labs).
- Assess learners’ performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams; provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and support students in their certification journey, including exam preparation strategies.
- Stay up to date with networking trends, Cisco certification updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with academic or training teams to enhance curriculum quality and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

- CCNA certification (required); higher Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) are a plus.
- Proven experience in networking, including configuring routers, switches, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and basic network security.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.
- Familiarity with networking simulation tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or physical Cisco lab setups.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and approachable manner.

Preferred Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in a networking role or as a network instructor.
- Experience delivering training to diverse audiences (college students, IT professionals, etc.).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Moodle).

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
